Delivery / Pick up
Free consultation with our Certified Event Rental Professional (CERP) and co-owner Émilie Lalonde.
During the consultation, you will be able to check out different items, colors, patterns and materials for your event. This will ensure that your party or event is exactly how you picture it.
Once your consultation is over, our job is not done! We continue to chat with you and your other suppliers such as caterers and venues in order to have the best outcome for your event. The consultations can be done at our office, via video conference or at your venue! We want to make sure that your event rental experience is flawless.
Delivery / Pick up
Onsite installation
Delivery / Pick up
Delivery includes drop off and pick up at your prefered time. Delivery does not include onsite installation. Our delivery crew unloads your order at the front of the property. We offer onsite installation at an extra fee!

We offer onsite installation which includes the set up of all of the items you rent from Vision Event Rentals. We set up and take down all the chairs, tables, linen, catering accessories, carnival machines, electronics, decorations and more at the venue of the event. We will use our expertise and your requests to set up the perfect event. Once the event is over, we come take down the set up.
